The Coaching Process Offered exclusively to those who chose one of our advertising communities, is the Coaching Process. In the initial consultation, we will do a preliminary cash flow analysis checking to see if you are eligible for one or more state or federal benefits, a significant value to those considering assisted living.
At the conclusion of your consultation, you will have a thorough understanding of the VA's Aid and Attendance benefit.
Should you decide to pursue the VA's Aid and Attendance application, ERBC will refer you to a VA accredited agent, VA accredited attorney or Veterans Services Organization. Should you choose the VA accredited agent or attorney recommended by ERBC, they will:
Coach you through the entire process.
Create your application - using documents you provide, your VA accredited agent or VA accredited attorney will populate the VA forms and share their experiences with you. These options will be discussed in detail with you during your initial consultation.
Be there for you- from filing to funds release. As the VA asks you questions, a VA accredited agent or VA accredited attorney will provide you with valuable insight on how to navigate the intricacies of the system.
For representation before the VA, ERBC refers to Servaes Consulting Group, LLC so you can be assisted by a VA Accredited Agent.
Neither Elder Resource Benefits Consulting nor the Servaes Consulting Group, LLC is affiliated with the Department of Veterans Affairs or any other government agency. Elder Resource Benefits Consulting and the Servaes Consulting Group, LLC are not Veterans Services Organizations.
